AXR 01 · Primary-source filing terminal
Read the filings, not the coverage.
Congressional and insider trades, federal contract awards, 13F positions and quant research: five public registries, read at source and carried with the dates their filers gave them. Nothing here is a vendor's summary. Every figure opens the document behind it.
Signal desks
Four desks, one shelf.
Congress, corporate insiders, federal awards and institutional positions: four filing regimes, read the same way. Every desk holds documents, not summaries.
STOCK Act periodic transaction reports from the House Clerk and Senate eFD, parsed to the individual line and dated to the day they were filed.
SEC Form 4 filings, captured inside two business days of the trade. Grants and tax withholding are counted separately from open-market buying and selling.
Prime contract awards from USAspending, carried at their lifetime ceiling rather than the year they were signed.
Quarterly 13F positions, differenced against the prior quarter, so a position that moved is visible without reading both filings.
The screen
Every figure opens the document behind it.
Each row on the screen is a filing on the shelf, dated to the day it was filed. Every figure is a link: open it and the source document loads at the registry, as filed.
Cross-source
One name, five registries.
The desks earn their keep where they overlap. Put every filing that mentions the same name on one page: manager positions, congressional trades, award records, filed weeks apart by people with no sight of each other. No single registry can show you that.
How it is built
Read from the registry, never from a feed.
Five pipelines and a macro desk, each reading its primary source on a schedule. No licensed feeds and no vendor rankings: only public documents, parsed here and carried with absolute dates.
Included
The Terminal ships with the product.
Every Alphaeus engagement includes the Terminal. The same desks embed on your own site or client portal, branded to your practice and reading the same registries on the same schedule.
