Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Alphaeus Inc. ("Alphaeus", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on alphaeus.io (the "Site"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. "Similar technologies" include web beacons, tracking pixels, browser local storage and session storage. They are commonly used to keep a site working, to remember your preferences, and to measure or target advertising.

2. What we use

We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking of any kind.

The Site is a brochure website. It does not run an advertising pixel, an analytics tag, a session recorder, or a marketing automation tracker. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary ones placed by the hosting and security infrastructure that serves the Site — for example to keep a form submission attached to the right session, to balance server load, or to distinguish a human visitor from an automated one. These cannot be switched off without breaking the Site, and they are not used to build a profile of you or to follow you to other websites.

If you submit a form, additional strictly necessary cookies may be set for the duration of that interaction.

3. What we do not use

For the avoidance of doubt, as of the date above the Site does not load:

  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any other analytics tag
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or any other advertising pixel
  • Google Ads or any other remarketing or conversion tracking
  • Session-recording or heatmap tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
  • Marketing automation trackers such as HubSpot or Intercom
  • Embedded video, maps or social widgets that set third-party cookies

4. Third parties that receive technical data

The Site loads its typefaces from two external font services. These set no cookies, but because your browser requests the font files directly from them, those providers necessarily receive your IP address, the page you are viewing and basic browser information:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — see Google’s Privacy Policy
  • Fontshare (api.fontshare.com, cdn.fontshare.com), operated by Indian Type Foundry

Our content delivery network and hosting provider also process your IP address in order to deliver the Site and to protect it from abuse. This is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your choices

Because the Site sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, there is no consent banner and there is nothing for you to opt out of. You remain in full control either way:

  • Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies for a site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site working, such as form submission.
  • Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. The Site does not track you, so these signals have nothing to act on here. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

6. Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, advertising or any other non-essential technology to the Site, we will update this policy before or at the time that change goes live, and we will introduce a consent mechanism where the law requires one. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
