Our story
Why Alphaeus exists.
Alphaeus started with a simple observation: the independent financial advisors who need institutional-grade technology the most were getting the worst version of it. Generic IT firms that don't understand SEC protocols. Security vendors who have never seen a compliance examination. Marketing agencies that don't know what FINRA requires before a single word goes live.
Todd Wyatt founded Alphaeus to close that gap. Not with another product: with an operational partnership built from the ground up for the regulatory realities, workflow demands, and growth ambitions of the firms it serves. Advisory practices were the beginning. The same discipline now runs for any firm whose work has to hold up to scrutiny.
We're not a startup chasing a trend. We're operators who lived inside the problems we solve, and we built the company we wished existed when we were on the other side of the table.
